Family planning serves as a tool that puts you in charge of the number, timing, and spacing of the arrival of your children. Being in control of your pregnancies and family size will improve the general health and well-being of your current and/or future children.
Panorama Urgent Care Family Medicine provides the following family planning services:
The Family PACT Program is administered by the Office of Family Planning, a branch of the California Department of Health Care Services, and is designed to help qualifying, low-income men and women get the medical care, counseling, and family planning services they need to stay in charge of their reproductive health. Family PACT benefits include all FDA approved contraceptive methods and supplies, family planning counseling and education, STD testing & treatment, HIV screening, cervical cancer screening, male and female permanent contraception, and limited infertility services. The program also provides access to prescriptions that can be filled by any pharmacy that accepts Medi-Cal.

If you think you’re pregnant, we can also perform a pregnancy test.
Yes. Panorama Urgent Care Family Medicine offers testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases. Every year, nearly 20 million people in the United States contract an STD. Many of these STDs don’t cause symptoms, so the only way to know whether you have one is to get tested.
Common STDs include:
STD testing is especially important for women because, without proper treatment, an STD can affect your fertility or lead to serious health issues such as cervical cancer.
You’ll also receive the treatment you need for your STD at Panorama Urgent Care Family Medicine. While not all STDs can be cured, we can help you manage your symptoms with the right treatments.
Yes. At Panorama Urgent Care Family Medicine, we screen for HIV and provide referrals if treatment is required. Knowing your HIV status can help keep you—and others—safe. HIV testing shows whether a person has HIV ( human immunodeficiency virus). HIV is the virus that causes AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome). AIDS is the most advanced stage of HIV infection. HIV testing can detect HIV infection, but it can’t tell how long a person has been infected with HIV or if the person has AIDS.
In addition to helping you manage your pregnancy and reproductive health, the providers at Panorama Urgent Care Family Medicine also test and treat for urinary tract infections (UTIs). UTIs are common, especially in women.
Common symptoms of a UTI include:
We can easily test and provide an antibiotic to help clear up your infection.
